📁 File Guidelines
We accept all file types, but vector files are preferred for optimal clarity. Raster images should be at least 300 DPI.
Tip: If you're designing in Canva or Procreate, we recommend exporting as PDF.
⚠️ Note: Avoid partially transparent pixels—if they look slightly see-through, they may not print correctly. DRIPINK.
🚚 Turnaround Time (TAT)
Our standard processing time is 1–3 business days before your gang sheet ships.
Need it sooner? Email us before placing your order to confirm availability. Rush orders typically ship in 1–2 business days, and we’ll do our best to accommodate tighter timelines when possible.
🔥 DTF Pressing Instructions

Set your heat press to 163°C / 325°F.

Pre-press the garment for 10–15 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles.

Place the DTF transfer and press for 15 seconds using medium pressure.

Warm peel the transfer film.

Repress for 5–10 seconds to lock in the design and ensure durability.
